Chorizo and nip ribbons

Use one third of the sauce made from my recipe Basa fillet in squash sauce

or a jar of shop bought spicy hot sauce.

Prepare:

Cut a turnip through the middle and use a peeler cut to 1” circle of peel. Discard the peel and continue cutting rounds with the peeler making long ribbon strands of turnip.

Dice 1 shallot

Cut 6 cherry tomatoes into halves

2 chopped sundried tomatoes
3 peeled closed cup mushrooms quartered

3 tbsp sieved red kidney beans from a can

Rinse, top and tail 3 long green beans

Put 1 tbsp oil in a pan over med heat, add the turnip ribbons, green beans and shallots and stir for 1 minute.

Add the sauce, 3 drops of tabasco and Worcestershire sauces, the cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, salt and pepper and bring to the boil. Stir in the red kidney beans and a handful of diced chorizo. Turn the heat to low and simmer for 15 minutes and serve 1.
